Sponsor one of our permanent residents
By making a small regular payment to the Black Sheep Animal Sanctuary you can individually sponsor one of our permanent residents and directly contribute towards the cost of their food, vet bills and the general care they need in order to live healthy, happy lives. In return you will receive a sponsorship certificate, regular email updates about the sanctuary animals and you can feel proud that you are making an important difference to animal lives. You will also have the opportunity to visit the animals at the Black Sheep during our summer working bees, during which you will be offered a tour of the sanctuary and a vegan morning tea. The cost of sponsorship varies from animal to animal, starting from as little as $10 per month. As the sponsorship payment generally does not cover the full cost of animal care, some animals may be supported by more than one sponsor. Please read the profiles of our residents below and choose who you would like to support. Once you have decided, click the button below to fill out a sponsor form. |

Spot
Individual sponsorship: $30 per month Spot is a lovely mellow white goat who came to us with his friend Archie in August 2019. The initial introductions were very successful, and they soon formed new friendships, especially with our youngest goat Merge. |
Iris
Individual sponsorship: $40 per month Iris arrived at the sanctuary as a young heifer. She had been rescued from an organic dairy farm. If she has stayed, she would have gone into the dairy industry, constantly pregnant and her babies taken away from her. We're so glad she is with us at the sanctuary. Here she is with her friend Hazel, who has since been rehomed to a safe loving home with other cows. Iris enjoys lfe with Sirius and Struan. |
