Just posting this notice on behalf of NZAVS, the New Zealand Anti-Vivisection Society:
"This upcoming volunteer meeting, which we are hosting with WARN (Wellington Animal Rights Network), our very own Executive Director, Stephen Manson will be travelling up to give a presentation on animal testing in NZ!
Stephen will be giving an interesting and informative presentation that will inspire you to be as anti-vivisection as we are!
Invite like-minded friends - the more the merrier!
When: Tuesday the 12th of April, 6.30pm
Where: St Johns Church, Corner of Willis and Dixon Street in the MacKenzie Room.
At the meeting we will also be planning an action for World Day for Lab Animals in Wellington! We are going to have vigils/demos all around the country and we would love for you to be involved in the Wellington one.
